Question about your bill //

​​What billing or insurance information will I receive?

Our staff will submit all insurance claims.  Once your insurance has processed your claims, you will receive an explanation of benefits from your plan.   On the EOB you will find amounts billed, allowed and your responsibility.    You will receive a separate statement from our office listing your responsibility.  

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Insurance companies vary in their processing time, but claims are typically processed in 2-4 week.



When is my portion of the claim due?

​Copayments are due at the time of service.  Deductibles and coinsurance amounts will be due once your insurance company has processed your claim. Your payment is expected once you have received our statement.



What method of payment do you accept for the member responsibility?

We accept checks, credit cards or cash as payment.​

Payment plans should be discussed with the office staff prior to the start of service.
